From there, a Certified Yoga Therapist works with the client to develop and implement a personalized yoga therapy plan appropriate to the clients’ needs and oriented around prevention and health promotion.

Depending on the condition, expect to work with your yoga therapist for 6 weeks up to 6 months (or longer), on a continual basis, including the possibility of doing some of the practice at home. As you change and progress, your plan will also be modified to accommodate and adjust to your new state of well-being.
